Memberships

The customers are not eligible Cancellation/Refund for any digital services opted by them. However, they can apply for Cancellation/Refund Process only if they request for the same within 7 days of downloading the product. They should send a request for Cancellation/Refund on the Customer Support Email id provided below stating the Product Name, Purchase Date and Contact Details.

In such a case our team would validate the request submitted by the customer and revert with their remarks. If customer request would be finalized as genuine (Like, Purchased by Daylord Service and Cancellation/Refund requested within 7 days of Purchase), Daylord Service would issue the Refund to the Customer which will be processed in the original mode of payment which will be credited within 10 to 15 working/business days.
