Daylord Service would take 2-3 days of time to revert with all the evidences (details stated above) to reply any chargeback request raised by any customer.
Duplicate: -for this category of chargeback, Daylord Service would only deliver the product to the customer if it is requested by them and only customer is responsible for the multiple requests (if raised by the customer) since it is the online store from where customer purchases their required products on their own. Daylord Service would entertain the refund request (if request is raised at the same time of buying the product while product is not been used also) only instead of chargeback request in this particular scenario.
Subscription category: – Daylord Service has not been offering any subscription or membership products thus this category is not applicable for the same.
Product not received: -as stated earlier, Daylord Service always keeps product description, purchase date – time and detail of delivery of the products thus if any such request is raised, we would be equipped with all the details to provide. Although all such requests would first be validated by the concerned team.
Product unacceptable: -Daylord Service have been offering products only after the extensive trial usage and are pre-validated before selling it to the customers. If a customer feels that the product is unacceptable or not as described then they can surely raise requests within 10 days of buying the product. Daylord Service would validate such requests within 5-6 working days and would revert with the findings. Adding to that, Daylord Service have already been offering 15 days of refund policy in case the purchased product is not working properly.
General category: – Daylord Service has a process of validating all the chargeback requests once received and after assessing the same would revert within 2-3 days with the findings.
